Das Projekt Clou Team ist innerhalb von drei Jahren mein dritter Versuch KI hilfreich in die Webstylerei Workflows zu integrieren. Bislang scheiterte es letztendlich immer an der KI selbst: Stichworte: Kontext-Memory/Gedächtnis und „Halluzination“/Pleazen, sie war schlichtweg nicht zuverlässig genug. Für einen zuverlässigen autonomen KI-Workflow ist es erforderlich, dass er 10 von 10 Mal funktioniert. 7 von 10 Mal  reichen nicht. Schauen wir, ob sich 2026 daran etwas geändert hat. Auf der anderen Seite steht die Frage, was ist, sobald KI dann 100% zuverlässig arbeitet? Wie viel Sinn macht es dann über eigene KI-Workflows nachzudenken, wenn KI dann alles in einem Rutsch machen kann. Erfahrungen zu sammeln ist aber immer gut, deswegen der dritte Anlauf das auszutesten. Zur Zeit bewegen wir uns gerade in einer Art Übergangszeit hin zu den 100% Zuverlässigkeit. Ist es noch nicht, aber trotzdem wird KI bereits massiv eingesetzt und um handlungsfähig zu bleiben, muss KI PIng-Pong betrieben werden, ob man will oder nicht*

* KI egalisiert bisherige Werte, Erfahrungen, Services und Skills und es ist der logische Schluss, eine Notwendigkeit, KI Ping-Pong zu betreiben. KI-Output ist zu massiv und zu schnell um ihn allein mit menschlichen Mitteln auf Dauer bewältigen zu können. Es geht um Gesundheit und Adaption an eine Welt, die sich zumindest für meinen Geschmack, in zu schnellem technologischen, künstlich hervorgerufenem, Wandel befindet. Silicon Valley hat es gesagt, dass sie es so wollen („Irre Visionen in Silicon Valley“, 2016 von Klaus Kleber, Link ist weiter unten in diesem Artikel: Künstliche Intelligenz kauft keine Zahnpasta), und nun scheint es so zu sein.

Meine Empfehlung zur Zeit: KI Kennenlernen, ausprobieren, experimentieren, damit herumspielen: JA, aber noch nichts entscheiden, weil es noch zu schnell und zu sehr in der Kiste rappelt. Alles steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen, und nicht beirren lassen von FOMO (Fear of missing out)-Youtube-Videos mit Themen wie  „Jetzt oder nie“ (die machen ihr Geld damit) ….das ist wie wenn man sagen würde, dass alle, die nach uns kommen, keine Chance mehr hätten, was natürlich von vornherein nicht stimmen kann. Abwarten, beobachten, spielen und clever Tee trinken. Grund: Alles wird einfacher werden (zur Zeit ist es doch noch sehr nerdig) und wir befinden uns aktuell in einem KI-Krieg, und das, was heute als the way to go gilt, ist morgen oft schon obsolete. Andere Quellen meinen sogar, es ginge um nichts geringeres als die zukünftige Weltherrschaft und das Überleben der Demokratien. Man sollte sich deswegen über die momentane Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit nicht wundern und auch nicht hoffen, dass auf einen bereits eingerichteten KI-Workflow im eigenen Unternehmen besondere Rücksicht genommen wird, wenn es augenscheinlich für manche aktuell um „alles“ geht … und vermutlich geht in diesem Fall sowieso alles viel zu schnell = kein Grund sich aus der Ruhe bringen zu lassen, die Zeit für sich spielen lassen und über die Dinge nachdenken, die einen wirklich erfüllen. KI kann in Zukunft dabei on top hilfreich sein, oder aber auch nicht. Wir haben weiterhin die Wahl.

Das, was für mich aktuell sehr gut funktioniert, ist Claude Desktop in Verbindung mit einem Pro Plan

The Clou Team project is my third attempt in three years to integrate AI into web design workflows. So far, it has always ultimately failed due to the AI ​​itself: keywords: context memory/memory and „hallucination“/pleasure; it simply wasn’t reliable enough. For a reliable autonomous AI workflow, it needs to work 10 out of 10 times. 7 out of 10 isn’t enough. Let’s see if anything has changed by 2026. On the other hand, there’s the question: what happens once AI works 100% reliably? How much sense does it make to think about custom AI workflows if AI can then do everything in one go? Gaining experience is always good, though, hence this third attempt to test it out. Currently, we’re in a kind of transition phase on the way to 100% reliability. It’s not quite there yet, but AI is already being used extensively, and to remain competitive, we have to engage in AI ping-pong, whether we like it or not.*

* AI is leveling the playing field, leveling existing values, experiences, services, and skills, and it is the logical conclusion, a necessity, to engage in AI ping-pong. AI output is too massive and too rapid to be managed in the long run solely with human resources. It’s about health and adaptation to a world that, at least in my opinion, is undergoing far too rapid technological, artificially induced change. Silicon Valley has said that this is how they want it („Crazy Visions in Silicon Valley,“ 2016 by Klaus Kleber, link further down in this article: Artificial Intelligence Doesn’t Buy Toothpaste), and now it seems to be happening.

My current recommendation: Get to know AI, try it out, experiment, play around with it: YES, but don’t decide anything yet, because things are still too fast-paced and chaotic. Everything is still in its infancy, and don’t be misled by FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) YouTube videos with topics like „Now or Never“ (they make their money off of it)… that’s like saying that everyone who comes after us has no chance, which of course can’t be true from the outset. Wait and see, observe, play, and drink tea wisely. The reason: Everything will become easier (at the moment it’s still very nerdy and )we are currently in an AI war, and what is considered the way forward today is often obsolete tomorrow. Other sources even claim that it’s about nothing less than future world domination and the survival of democracies. Therefore, one shouldn’t be surprised by the current pace of development, nor should one expect that an already established AI workflow within one’s own company will receive special consideration when, for some, it seems like „everything“ is at stake right now… and presumably, everything is happening far too quickly in this case anyway = no reason to get flustered, let time do its work and reflect on the things that truly fulfill you. AI may be helpful in the future, or it may not. The choice remains ours..

Tip / Recommendation

What currently works very well for me is Claude Desktop in combination with a Pro plan.
